Event Packages
Event packages are ready-made activity bundles designed for groups. Book multiple activities in one go — perfect for corporate events, team days, and group celebrations.
Browsing Packages
Visit the Packages page to see available event packages. Each package shows:
- Name and description — what's included
- Number of activities — how many experiences are in the package
- Group size — minimum and maximum number of people
- Price — per person or fixed total
Click Book Now on any package to start the booking process.
Booking a Package
The booking flow has four steps:
Step 1: Party Size
Enter the number of people in your group. The package shows the allowed range (e.g., 10–40 people). The estimated total updates as you change the party size.
Step 2: Select Time Slots
Pick a date and choose a time slot for each activity in the package. The system shows available times based on your party size — only slots with enough capacity appear.
If activities are sequential (e.g., Hohtogolf then Laserareena), leave enough time between them for your group to move between venues.
Step 3: Contact Information
Enter your details:
- Name — your name or company name
- Email — confirmation will be sent here
- Phone (optional)
Step 4: Review & Confirm
Review your booking:
- Package name
- Party size
- Selected date and time for each activity
- Total price
Click Confirm Booking to proceed. The system creates holds for all activities simultaneously — you won't end up with partial bookings.
After Booking
Confirmation
You'll receive a single confirmation email listing all your activities, with a QR code for check-in and a link to manage your booking.
Managing Your Event
Use the manage booking link in your confirmation email to:
- View all activity details
- See the group reference number (GRP-YYYYMMDD-NNN)
- Check payment status
Cancellation
Contact the venue to cancel individual activities or the entire event. The group booking ensures coordinated management of all your activities.
Pricing
Packages often offer a discount compared to booking activities individually:
